Meet Purvi Jani, our seasoned Principal Associate in the Transaction Advisory Team, specializing in Legal & Compliance. With nine years of experience in her field, Purvi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Constellation Blu team.

Purvi holds a degree in Company Secretary from ICSI and a Bachelor of Commerce from Thakur College of Science & Commerce. Her educational background, combined with her extensive professional journey, makes her a valuable asset to our Legal & Compliance team.

Previously worked at ICICI AMC as Deputy Manager and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Manager in Corporate Secretarial Services.

In her current role, Purvi plays a pivotal role in supporting start-ups from their inception and throughout their journey. Her expertise extends to liaising with government bodies such as the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, RBI, FEMA Compliances, and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. She assists start-ups in leveraging government schemes to their full potential.

Purvi specializes in Corporate Restructuring, Secretarial Audits, Insider Trading Regulations, and various areas related to investment advising, fundraising, investor relations, structuring, and consultancy services. She also has a profound understanding of Corporate Law, MSME Act, FEMA Act, and Trademarks Act.

Beyond her professional achievements, Purvi is an adrenaline junkie who enjoys traveling and is passionate about animal welfare and protection. She's also a sports enthusiast, reflecting her dynamic approach to life and her dedication to making a positive impact in her personal and professional pursuits.
