Priya Khatri, our dedicated Associate in the Transaction Advisory Team, is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Mumbai University. With a strong academic foundation and an unwavering commitment to financial excellence, Priya plays a pivotal role in our Finance and Taxation team.

In her current role, Priya focuses on Tax Advisory, Structuring, Valuations, Due-diligence, and Financial Retainership services. Her expertise contributes significantly to our clients' financial success, ensuring their transactions are well-structured and in compliance with the latest tax regulations.

Although Priya is relatively new to her professional journey, she demonstrates a deep understanding of the intricacies of the start-up ecosystem. She plays a crucial role in supporting the financial needs of our clients.
