Pooja Rani is a Company Secretary with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Delhi University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance from the Welingkar Institute of Research and Management. She brings over five years of extensive experience in legal and compliance, specializing in fundraising for VC-funded companies, secretarial due diligence, and regulatory compliance management.

In her current role at Constellation Blu, Pooja plays a pivotal part in conducting due diligence for startups, managing essential secretarial and FEMA compliances, and handling the intricate process of trademark applications. Her expertise extends to end-to-end transaction management, ensuring that all compliance matters are meticulously handled and align with regulatory standards.

Prior to joining Constellation Blu, Pooja served as Manager - Secretarial at Lovi Mehrotra and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Delhi, where she sharpened her skills in compliance, internal auditing, and analytical processes.
