Parth Maru, an Associate in our Transaction Advisory team, is a legal professional with a multifaceted educational background. He holds a Company Secretary degree from ICSI, a LLB degree from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law, and a B.Com degree from KPB Hinduja College of Commerce. Currently, he is pursuing an LLM in Business Law from Pravin Gandhi College of Law, further enhancing his expertise.

Parth brings a fresh perspective to the team, with a strong focus on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Due Diligence, and Capital Raising transactions. His expertise also extends to providing guidance on the Companies Act and FEMA to companies seeking to navigate the complex regulatory landscape.

Parth's area of interest and expertise encompasses the Companies Act, FEMA, Private Equity, and Mergers and Acquisitions. His in-depth knowledge ensures that legal and compliance matters are meticulously handled.

Although still in the early stages of his career, Parth's passion for gardening, dancing, and traveling reflects his dynamic interests and his commitment to growth, both professionally and personally.
