Mitsu Tolia is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and an Associate in our Transaction Advisory team with a strong background in Finance and Taxation, holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from HR College.
Commencing her career as an Assurance Executive at Incorp Global Pte. Ltd. and later joining PwC's Mergers and Acquisition Tax team, Mitsu honed her expertise, enabling her to make valuable contributions to our Transaction Advisory team.
With a robust professional journey, Mitsu specializes in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, share capital structuring, valuations, due diligence, and legal agreements, leveraging her technical knowledge and transaction experience.
Beyond her professional commitments, Mitsu enjoys playing squash, exploring restaurants, and traveling, bringing a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to our team.
