Krisha Shah, an Associate in our Transaction Advisory team, brings her expertise in legal and compliance to support our clients' critical needs. She is a Company Secretary, holding a degree from ICSI, along with a B.Com degree with a specialization in Banking and Insurance from S.K Somaiya College.

In her current role at Constellation Blu, Krisha handles the Due Diligence of startup companies, along with managing other essential secretarial and FEMA compliances. She also actively engages in the intricate process of trademark applications. Krisha's area of interest and expertise spans diversified work in secretarial compliances, focusing on end-to-end transaction management, Due Diligence, and FEMA compliances. She brings a holistic approach to her role, ensuring that legal and compliance matters are thoroughly addressed and in line with regulatory requirements.

Krisha's professional journey includes significant experience as an Executive Company Secretary at Essel Propack.
