In his current role at Constellation Blu, Harshal excels in providing transaction structuring services, valuation services, and tax advisory to startups and funds. His area of interest and expertise encompasses Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and trendspotting in the ever-evolving financial landscape.
