Aravind Palavesam, an Associate in our Transaction Advisory team, brings his legal expertise to the table. He holds the title of Company Secretary, accredited by ICSI, along with an LLB degree from Mumbai University. Additionally, Aravind earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Swami Vivekanand College.

In his current role as an Associate Company Secretary, Aravind handles a spectrum of crucial transactions, including Due Diligence, Investment Rounds, and Structuring of Corporate Actions. He also oversees the annual secretarial compliances for startups. Prior to joining Constellation Blu, Aravind served as an Associate at LexStart Consultancy.
