She is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a commerce graduate from S.K. Somaiya College. Sapna excels in company incorporation, due diligence, secretarial compliance, FEMA compliance, and fund-raising for startups. Advisory services on matters concerning the Companies Act and FEMA Act fall under the ambit of her core competencies.
