Anusha Corera

Anusha is a lawyer in the Transaction Advisory - Legal & Compliance team at Constellation Blu. She holds a B.A., B.L. (Hons.) degree from the School of Excellence in Law (SOEL), Chennai, and an LL.M. in Corporate and Finance from Jindal Global Law School.

In her current role, Anusha proficiently manages venture capital transactions, conducts due diligence on target companies, handles CCDs and convertible note transactions, drafts and analyzes commercial, corporate, and SaaS contracts, leads negotiations with counter parties, and provides general corporate advisory services. Her responsibilities also extend to retainer work, including researching, reviewing, vetting, and proofreading legal documents, addressing client queries, and drafting various policies, such as those related to moonlighting, POSH, leave, employee handbooks, ESOPs, and equal opportunities.

Before joining Constellation Blu, Anusha served as an Associate at IC Universal Legal - Advocates and Solicitors, Chennai, for three years. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate at Exela Technologies, Chennai, where she led several legal projects outsourced by Thomson Reuters.

Anusha is an over-comer of adversities, with a cheerful spirit and benevolence. With her gift of gab, she fully presents herself to every situation and challenge. She is a person with a goal of consistently evolving herself. She is at her most content when lost in the pages of a gripping thriller novel, watching movies, or holding a mic to emcee events with flair.
